This
is the view you see when you look back on the walk from the Country
Park just beyond Holyhead marina and heading for South Stack.
I think I have made mention more than once of the benefit of stopping
and looking back, particularly when walking up hill. On the right
you can see the two ferry ships which will soon be bound for Dublin.
One of them, the Jonathan Swift, makes the crossing in 1hr 49
minutes meaning you can sail out at the respectable hour of 11.50,
have a quick look around and sail back at 20.55 accompanied by
your bag of duty free!
The ship in the centre of the image is a cruise ship, its passengers
having been bussed to Caernarfon or Bettws y Coed - as if there
is not enough to see on Anglesey itself!
